Anguilla (pronounced ang-gwill-a) is the most
northerly of the Leeward Islands lying between the Caribbean Sea and
the Atlantic Ocean.
The Valley is the capital of Anguilla with 500 people living there,
forming the largest community on the island. The people of Anguilla
are friendly and helpful, and it is one of the safest islands in the
Caribbean. The territory of
